1. Fragility of 3D Prints: Our 3D prints are crafted with precision and care. However, it's important to note that 3D prints are not indestructible, nor are they designed to withstand rough handling or abuse.
2. Damaged during Delivery: In the unfortunate event that your 3D print arrives damaged, we require proof in the form of clear pictures within 5 days of receiving the item. Upon verification, you have two options:
Replacement: We can create and send you another print.
Refund: You can opt for a full refund of the purchase amount.
3. Dissatisfaction with Print (Color, Size, or Quality): If you find yourself dissatisfied with the print due to reasons such as color, size, or perceived quality, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases:
A 40% refund of the 3D print's listed price will be issued.
